so i recently got some Weider Mega Mass 4000 Chocolate, and if your looking for a good mass building supplement this is the stuff for you. ive been taking it for a little over a week and have gained 3 pounds which doesnt sound like a ton, but if your really into working out you know every pound matters.
The taste of the kind i have is really not bad at all, it doesnt taste as good as say muscle milk, but then again muscle milk doesnt give you 2000 calories per serving. I would truly recommend this stuff to anyone looking to bulk. The only thing that is strange is the consistency which is about like drinking a huge amount of oatmeal, which is ok with me cause i like oatmeal. you take the stuff with a pretty large amount of 2% milk, so it is kinda hard to get it all down, it takes some force of will :), however if your a small guy or a big guy looking to add a bit more mass i would strongly suggest trying some of this stuff, if you dont like it hell your only out like $40. Below posted is the amount per serving for the stuff and instructions on how to take, to give you an idea of all the good shit that you get in this powder.
